Pocket Sprouts

Terms of Use

Pocket Sprouts: Garden Match · Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you play Pocket Sprouts: Garden Match on iPhone or iPad, on Android, or in the browser at pocketsprouts.app/play. By playing you agree to them.

Who you are agreeing with

This agreement is between you and the operator of Pocket Sprouts ("we", "us"). It is not with Apple, Google or any other store or payment provider. We are responsible for the game and its content.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial use, on devices and browsers you own or control and in line with the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the game, reverse-engineer or decompile it, or remove any notice from it, except where the law allows. The game, its characters, artwork, levels and code remain ours or our licensors'.

Your account

The game creates an account for you automatically and keeps your progress on our servers. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep linked sign-ins and email codes to yourself. One account is for one player.

Coins, boosters and other items

Coins, boosters, lives, cards, passes and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may change how items work as the game develops. Where an item has random contents, the odds are shown in the game before you buy it.

Purchases

The game is free to play and offers optional purchases. Prices are shown in the game before you buy.

On iPhone, iPad and Android

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies; we cannot issue them.

In the browser

Purchases at pocketsprouts.app/play are sold by our payment partner, who acts as reseller and handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds under the buyer terms shown at checkout. To request a refund, use the link in your purchase receipt email or contact us via the support page.

Whichever way you buy, tell us through support if an item did not arrive or something went wrong; we will sort it out or help you reach the right place.

Consumers in the EU and UK

Items are delivered to your account immediately. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun. Your statutory rights if something is faulty are unaffected.

Chat and your names

Names you choose and messages you send in team chat are seen by other players. Keep them friendly and free of personal information. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, and do not impersonate anyone. We may filter, hide or remove messages and names, and mute or remove players who break these rules.

Fair play

Play the game as intended. Do not cheat, use bots, modified clients or exploits, manipulate purchases or refunds, interfere with our servers, or collect data from the game in bulk. We may reset progress or items gained this way, and suspend or close accounts involved.

Children and parents

Pocket Sprouts is a general-audience game. If you are a parent or guardian and your child plays, you accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for purchases made on your device or with your payment details. The stores and browsers offer purchase controls you can switch on.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove levels, events, items and features. If we ever close the game, we will announce it in the game in advance.

Apple App Store and Google Play

If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple is not a party to them and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and not on a US Government list of restricted parties. If you got the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, and Google is not a party to these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including the EU rules on the conformity of digital content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings; see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the licence restrictions and liability limits, survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: use the in-game support option or the support form.
